Scarlett Moffatt oozed confidence as she took to Instagram to pen a thoughtful message to fans, urging them to be kind to themselves.
The Gogglebox star, 29, snapped up an honest video of her "boobs and belly" as she soaked up the sun on a boat in Turkey.
Sharing a body-confident message with fans, the reality TV star penned: "BE KIND not just to others but to yourself! This is my body my boobs my belly my legs.
"If you are like me & have ever criticised your body or missed out like not gone on a night out or to a beach or pool or cancelled an event because you felt like you looked too fat or too thin or too saggy or not perfect then STOP!"
She added: "Lets be our own best friends and not stop living our best life just because we aren't a 'perfect aesthetic' life is far too short and life would be super boring if we were all the same!
"Remember every body is a beach body."
The brunette beauty panned the camera to her "boobs and belly" as she showed off her natural curves in the clip.
Scarlett wowed in a khaki swimsuit that highlighted her body, as she lay on a yacht during her Turkish getaway.
