Sam Thompson admitted straight out he was feeling "uncomfortable".

His painful break up from Love Island bombshell Zara McDermott has been playing out in explosive scenes on Made In Chelsea.

The hunk confessed he couldn't be "more uncomfortable" in a cheeky Instagram post, hours after his ex was accused of fake crying when she admitted to cheating.

Posed in a dapper suit and bow tie, Sam smiled for the camera while he snapped the selfie.

Amid the scandal, he wrote: "Couldn’t be more uncomfortable."

His sister Louise teased her brother: "You look it."

Fans flooded the stunning snap with their advice on what to do about the Zara break up fiasco.

Many followers advised Sam to stay strong through his heartache and wipe his cheating ex from his memory.

"Once a cheat always a cheat hun do your thing and ditch her," one fan wrote, leading the troops.

"Hang in there Sam! Stick to your guns."

"Be strong don’t take Zara back x."

In uncomfortable scenes, Sam branded Zara "seedy" when she confided she had cheated on him during her X Factor stint.

He ranted: "The seediness of consistently s******g, while you're calling me, to tell me you can't come home when the rest of your band are at home in bed with their other halves.

"That is not the person I know at all, you have that in you, you don't just do that out of nowhere."

Zara has been begging and begging Sam for forgiveness in front of the cameras and on social media amid claims he's ruled out a reunion between the pair.

"Please, I don't want to throw this away, I genuinely believe with my whole heart we can get through this," she said.

Viewers had no sympathy for Zara on Tuesday as they blasted her waterfall of tears fake in a series of tweets.
