As you might have heard, Keeping Up with the Kardashians is coming to an end next year after the twentieth season of the beloved series. That being said, longtime fans have been wondering whether or not a spin-off, or more, of KUWTK featuring some of the famous family members might happen or not.
Executive producer, Ryan Seacrest, discussed the possibility as people fear they may never see the Kar-Jenners on their screens again.
After all, there have also been many rumors that they are done with being in the spotlight but at this point, nothing is clear.
Sure enough, during his interview for ET, Ryan Seacrest admitted that ‘I don’t know the answer to that. We have not crossed that bridge yet. I do know the family is grateful for having the opportunity at E! and having so many people ride along through relationships, pregnancies, separations, and breakups. I mean it is pretty cool to see they have been so vulnerable and open and people have ridden along.’
This comes after the massive reality TV clan announced on Tuesday that the show was ending after no less than 20 seasons, meaning that fans have two more seasons to enjoy before they can say goodbye to their favorite series.
Seacrest mentioned that it must have been a ‘very hard decision’ for the family to end the show.
‘I know, even before and after the announcement came out, they were emotional. We were sharing texts and emails after the announcement, and you look back at fourteen years and twenty seasons of cameras in your life and think about that, at some point you are going to say, ‘You know, we did it. We had a great run. We’re going to live with a bit more privacy in our lives.’ And I think they felt like now is the time to do it,’ he told the same news outlet.
