Rebel Wilson's remarkable weight loss has fans open-mouthed as she continues to dive head-first into her "year of health."
She declared 2020 the year she'd get fit back in January, and hasn't looked back since, embarking on strict nutritional regimes and gruelling workouts.
Jetting back to her native Australia just ahead of the country's lockdown restrictions, the 40-year-old's been showcasing her incredible achievement on Instagram and dropping fitness tips now and again.
Fitness trainer Jono Castano has been at the centre of her weight loss journey, helping Rebel craft the perfect regimen for her to drop off the pounds.
Now, he's dished on little tips and tricks that have made a world of difference to Rebel's workouts and nutrition.
Chatting with Yahoo! Lifestyle, the health guru focused on nutrition, and a five-day workout week.
Jono also advised a balanced "supplementation and multivitamins" regime, as well as "recovering well [from workouts]."
He went on to explain that "this includes stretching, sleeping well, making sure you're not stressed etc."
"I think with any type of transformation," Jono continued, "you shouldn't always look at the easiest option, you know, two months is not enough time to be able to change your body.
"My advice is to keep your goals realistic, short and then achieve them, and progress from there."
Of her workouts, Jono dished on Rebel's high-intensity workouts "and then trying to burn as many calories as we can with movements that aren't going to hurt you."
Rebel's kept fans updated on all her vigorous workout sessions, including a video of her flipping a tyre, joking that she's "coming for" famouly ripped Aussie brothers Chris and Liam Hemsworth.
Chatting to an Australian radio station, she told: "Obviously a lot of the TV shows and movies got shut down, so what I was going to do has been delayed so I'm just getting ripped.
"I'm exercising every day. You've got to get on the bandwagon on being ripped.
"I was actually doing all this outdoor stuff like running up and down the Sydney Opera House stairs."
Meanwhile, People reported that she was taken with a nutrition regime known as the Mayr diet.
