Rebekah Vardy gives the V after Wagatha Christie loss as Coleen celebrates with PilatesThe libel case of the year is set to be turned into a Hollywood film with directors fighting for the rights to put the High Court drama on the big screen
Rebekah Vardy fired back on her Instagram this afternoon
Rebekah Vardy gives a two-fingered salute – and this V isn’t for “victory”.
She posted the snap of the rude gesture after losing her Wagatha Christie libel fight with Coleen Rooney in the High Court.
She has her back to the camera in the Instagram image and is wearing a punky jacket that appears to declare: “Normal is boring.”
It came after Coleen celebrated her win with a Pilates session.
She enjoyed the gym session after telling pal Lizzie Cundy that Friday’s result had been “the best outcome” she could have hoped for.

Coleen, 36 – wife of ex-England star Wayne – emerged the winner after the High Court ruled her accusation that Rebekah had leaked personal information about her was “substantially true”.
Rebekah, 40 – married to Leicester City star Jamie – had sued Coleen for libel saying her claim, made in 2019, had been false.
Lizzie said: “She’s grateful for how it’s all panned out. She said it was the end of nearly three years of hard work and the best outcome she could hope for.”
Today Coleen was seen looking refreshed and smiling after a session of Reformer Pilates at Rise Fitness Studios in Liverpool.
The method uses the Pilates Reformer machine, which adds resistance to the exercises – making them more intense than mat-based forms.
We can also reveal the trial is set to be turned into a movie or drama series, with a string of directors seeking a deal.

Fellow WAG Lizzie, 54, said: “I was on the phone to Bruno Tonioli, he was with a Hollywood director who wants to make a film. It’s not just him, lots of people in Hollywood have their eye on it.”
The clash became known as Wagatha Christie after Coleen turned detective to expose the source of leaks about her private life.
TV presenter Lizzie – who was married to footballer Jason Cundy – added: “It has so much potential for a blockbuster.”

Judge Mrs Justice Steyn blamed Rebekah’s agent Caroline Watt for passing information to The Sun – but said: “Mrs Vardy knew of and condoned this behaviour.”
Lizzie said: “It’s been a horrible three years. With Becky, Coleen always had a gut instinct. She doesn’t wish her any ill will – but I don’t think they’ll ever be friends.”
Coleen’s solicitor said yesterday she would not seek damages.
