Despite the stress, Charlotte can always find time for a cup of tea to calm her down.

The brunette beauty held her head in her hands as she prepared for another day of pregnancy.

And she made use of her huge bump by balancing her cup of tea on her bare skin.

Alongside the candid shot, Charlotte penned: "Chuff off mornings!

"Whos with me?? Especially at 33 weeks & 1 day preggo."

Charlotte has had a stressful time lately after her diabetes diagnosis.
