Piers Morgan has blasted the vile social media trolls sending disgusting messages to Kate Garraway.
The Good Morning Britain presenter hit out at the people who are sending abusive messages to his co-star while her husband Derek Draper battles coronavirus in hospital.
The 55-year-old lashed out on Twitter at someone who said they didn't believe what Kate was saying about Derek, and that they'd "followed" the story and it was "not adding up".
Piers had no time for the person behind the tweet.
He shamed them by sharing the post to his own account and added: "You disgusting piece of trash. If you had even an ounce of Kate's decency, courage & dignity then I would bother to engage you further.
"But you don't, so go f**k yourself."
Kate has bravely carried on working and has spoken about the effect the coronavirus pandemic has had on her family.
Her husband Derek, with whom she shares kids Darcey, 14, and Billy, 11, has been in hospital for more than 200 days after falling ill with Covid-19.
He spent much of his time in a coma and in intensive care, and Kate did not know if he would survive.
On Saturday, Piers had told the "whiners" to "shut up" as he spoke of Kate's "courage and resilience".
He wrote: "When I hear people whining about wearing a mask, or not being able to get lashed with 20 mates every night, I also think of my friend Kate Garraway's extraordinary courage, resilience & dignity in the face of unbearable heartache.
"And I say to the whiners: shut up."
The nasty troll replied to Piers' tweet a couple of days later, while Kate gave an update on her husband's health battle.
It comes after Kate opened up about the "financial mess" she is facing as Derek continues to fight the virus.
Kate has admitted she's struggled to sort of the family's finances as it's Derek's name on all the bills and insurance policies.
She said on GMB: "One of the practical problems - which a lot of people would've experienced if they've got the absence of someone in their life - like many things the car is entirely in Derek's name, the insurance is in Derek's name, a lot of our bank accounts.
"There are a lot of financial goings that I've talked to you both about going on, which is making life very complicated because I can't get access to things."
