Piers Morgan has been left fuming over news MP's bars at the Houses of Parliament are reportedly exempt from the 10pm curfew.
New rules brought in last week mean pubs across England have to shut early as part of the latest coronavirus crackdown.
However, The Times reports the bars on the parliamentary estate are exempt because they fall under the description of "a workplace canteen".
Piers, 55, shared a link to the story and expressed his fury over the revelation, tweeting: "This is absolutely outrageous..."
He was joined by a number of his followers who also expressed their outrage - with many claiming it's setting a bad example.
One wrote: "Unfortunately that's how things are now. One rule for them, another rule for us the Voters."
Another added: "They should be setting an example," while a third tweeted: "Can't they see they are undermining their own messages if they consider themselves exempt?
"Why should we follow rules that they can’t follow themselves."
The latest rules state that workplace canteens can stay open after hours if there's no other practical alternative for employees to find themselves a meal.

The Times also reports that the MP's bars at the Palace of Westminster do not have to follow the new rules for wearing face coverings or take visitors' contact details.
However, the arrangements regarding the bars are reportedly being kept under review by House of Commons authorities.
