Peter Andre 's wife Emily MacDonagh doesn't want her husband to have a vasectomy as the decision seems 'too final'.
The 31-year-old medic, who has been married to Peter for five years, responded to Pete's idea of undergoing the snip should they decide to shelve baby plans.
Emily has revealed that she is opposed to the idea of a vasectomy and argued that they never know what's in store for the future.
The doting mum of two, who shares Amelia, six, and Theo, three with the Mysterious Girl singer, admitted that the couple never actually discussed the idea.
Writing for OK! Magazine, Emily revealed it wasn't necessarily something that had crossed her mind.
"Pete has said that if I were to say no to having any more children, then he would consider getting a vasectomy," she wrote.
"I'm not sure I like the idea of a vasectomy as you just never know what might happen in the future, so it seems a bit too final for him to undergo a procedure.
"To be honest, it's not something I've thought about.

"We've never actually discussed it but I do get why he'd consider it," she concluded.
In her segment, Emily also spoke about her excitement of finally having a night away at a lavish 'staycation' with Peter.
Earlier this month, Peter reportedly suggested that he was open to the idea of having a vasectomy if the couple don't want to have any more children.
Peter has expressed hopes in the past of welcoming baby number five with his wife, however Emily hasn't always been as keen.
He told the Sun on Sunday : "If Emily is really not up for it, maybe I’ll have the snip - only if it’s reversible!
"I think every guy is scared of having the snip because it means a closed chapter.
"But why should the woman always be the one to take precautions?"
Peter's wife seemed reluctant to try for another baby during the pandemic because she feared the star would miss out on "precious moments" such as scans and being present during the labour.
"It slightly puts me off having a baby during this time, because the scans and other aspects are such precious moments that are lovely to share with someone else," she wrote in her earlier column.
Peter shares his two children with Emily and also older kids Princess, 13, and Junior, 15, with his ex wife Katie Price.
