Peter Andre has shared his concerns over daughter Princess' Instagram account.

The Mysterious Girl singer, who shares the 13-year-old with ex-wife Katie Price, says he didn't want her to have a public account.

As his reality show Life with the Andres returned for a second series, the dad-of-four opened up about why he was so worried about his kids joining social media.

While cooking in the kitchen after a recording session with Princess in his home studio, Peter explained: "With regards to music and stuff they say they really want to do it but when I say, 'Okay let's go and record' they get shy.

"And I say to them, 'No pressure, when you're ready, do it'.

"Unfortunately, and this is where I get scared with social media is because they're constantly, 'Well what's this person going to say?' or 'What's that person going to say?'

"This is where my concern was with Bista having a public Instagram account, which I didn't want her to have."

The YouTube series follows Peter, 47, at home with his wife Emily, 31, and kids Princess and Junior, 15, who he also shares with Katie, and Amelia, six, and Theo, three, who he shares with Emily.

Peter recently revealed he's planning to have a vasectomy if Emily decides she doesn't want another baby.

There's been talk of him welcoming baby number five lately, but Emily has admitted to putting the plans on hold.

Pete now says he'll shelve the plans for good if that's what she wants.

He told The Sun On Sunday : "We are talking about it. If we’re talking about it, it will eventually happen, right?

"Ironically lockdown has brought us both closer together and so we’ll have more of a chance. But if Emily is really not up for it, maybe I’ll have the snip - only if it’s reversible!

"I think every guy is scared of having the snip because it means a closed chapter. But why should the woman always be the one to take precautions?"

Emily recently admitted that the coronavirus pandemic had put her off having another baby just yet.

She wrote in her OK! magazine column : "I've spoken to a lot of people who are pregnant or have given birth during this time and they've told me it's a really different experience because of who can come with them to appointments or even when they're in labour.
