Olivia Wilde served custody papers on stage in April
Olivia Wilde has said she felt "attacked" after being handed custody papers on stage during a CinemaCon presentation earlier this year, adding there was a "huge breach in security".
The 38-year-old filmmaker is currently locked in a custody battle with her ex Jason Sudeikis regarding where to raise their two children. The former couple split in November 2020.
Olivia, who is currently dating Harry Styles, received the legal documents while promoting her new film Don't Worry Darling, which her singer boyfriend stars in, back in April.
It is alleged the two stars are clashing over Olivia's plans to relocate to London in 2023 with their children Otis, eight, and Daisy, five. Jason's petition asked for the children to instead reside with him in New York.
Speaking in a bombshell interview, Olivia opened up about the 'really upsetting moment.
"It was my workplace, In any other workplace, it would be seen as an attack", she said.

"It was really upsetting. It shouldn’t have been able to happen. There was a huge breach in security, which is really scary," Olivia told Variety.
The Booksmart director said there were "hurdles" someone would have had to jump through to get to the stage. These included badges, wristbands and Covid-19 tests which had to be taken in advance.
Olivia said it would have required "forethought" to hand her the papers on stage.
The Mirror has contacted Jason and Olivia's representatives for further comment.

Olivia didn't stop her presentation when she was handed the papers and said: "I hated that this nastiness distracted from the work of so many different people and the studio that I was up there representing. To try to sabotage that was really vicious."
She said she splits custody of the children, with Otis and Daisy going back and forth between her and Jason week to week.
Olivia first moved to London a few years ago with her family and now splits her time between the UK and Los Angeles.

Jason, best known for starring in Ted Lasso, allegedly didn't know Olivia would be served papers in such a public way.
A source told PageSix at the time: "Papers were drawn up to establish jurisdiction relating to the children of Ms. Wilde and Mr. Sudeikis.
"Mr. Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered as this would solely be up to the process service company involved and he would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner."
