Talent show judge and singer Nicole Scherzinger shows she definitely has the X Factor in her latest workout photoshoot.

The 42-year-old X Factor judge and Pussycat Doll enjoys spinning classes at SoulCycle when at home in Los Angeles.

She also likes hiking in the nearby Hollywood hills.

But Nicole says trying new sports and workouts is key, adding: “Mixing everything up gives me the best results.”

Nicole recently poked fun at the latest "cheeky" addition to her Instagram feed, as she went for a dip in a lake while wearing a black swimsuit.

Sharing snapshots of the swim over social media, the 42-year-old singer showed off her toned glutes as she paraded across the shores of the lake.

With slim black straps and a plunging neckline, the one-piece highlighted her gym-toned curves, as she tossed her hair back in the sun.

Towering trees and a rocky cliff-face hovered in the background, as Nicole enjoyed her trip to Yosemite National Park in California.

Clearly smitten by the view, the Masked Singer US judge exclaimed: "I mean...mountains, evergreens, lakes AND a beach!?! Very cheeky."

The comment section below was inundated with compliments from Nicole's 4.5million followers, as they gave the lakeside look a firm thumbs up.

One swooned: "You're actually the hottest human."

A second added: "Stunning! The view is alright too."

"When YOU are the view," chimed a third.

Nicole's fit physique is thanks to her lifelong love of exercise, as the Pussycat Dolls star regularly takes to the gym to work up a sweat.

The songstress is devoted to cardio and regularly attends SoulCycle classes, while also enjoying crunches and home exercises to keep in shape.

More recently, her beau Thom Evans has joined her workouts, with the two occasionally sharing exercise videos with their fans over social media.

On top of that, Nicole takes a level-headed approach to nutrition, telling The Mail Online: "Everyone has different body and blood types so it's best to just eat what makes you feel good.
