She has left fans "scared and crying" as unravelling Grace Fraser in The Undoing.
But Nicole Kidman's ageless looks as well as the show's explosive twists and turns have kept people tuning in.
The psychological drama focuses on a driven woman, played by the star, whose life unravels after her husband suddenly disappears.
Her new look, wowing with her wild red hair, has been as eye-catching as her performance.
The 53-year-old is said to be worth around £180 million - and knows how to look good.
But what are the secrets to her amazing youthful looks?
We have spoken to a surgeon at top Cosmetic Surgery MYA, who has offered some reasons behind the forever young star's look.
"I would suggest that Nicole has had a range of surgical and non-surgical procedures over the years to help maintain a youthful appearance, as well as change some of her physical features," the expert said.
"I would suggest that Nicole may have had a Rhinoplasty - the surgical name for nose reshaping surgery - procedure where the bridge of her nose appears thinner, and the tip and nostrils appear to be smaller and slightly lifted compared to previous images.
"The surgical procedure of reducing the size of the nostrils is called an alar base reduction. A nose changing shape in such a way can usually only be achieved through surgery rather than makeup contouring.
"The cost of a Rhinoplasty procedure depends on many different physiological factors, the techniques used and the surgeon - however typically range from £6,000-£10,000."
The MYA surgeon hinted at possible other extra areas Nicole appears to have had enhanced.
"Nicole may have had the non-surgical treatment of Dermal Fillers to her cheeks often referred to as “cheek fillers”.
"Fillers can restore lost volume to the face and plump areas so that deep-set lines appear smoother and diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and other visible signs of ageing.
"I believe that Nicole may have undergone the non-surgical treatment of fillers to her lips as she appears to have slightly fuller lips compared to previous images.
"The provider has ensured her lips still appear extremely natural and in proportion to her facial features.
"Nicole has most likely had Botox to her forehead, glabella - in between the eyebrows - and eyes). As you can see, she has a smooth forehead, lifted eyebrow arches, and a limited frown and expression.
"The treatment normally lasts between 3-6 months and as muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and may need to be treated again.
"The procedure can give the appearance of smoother skin if the patient desires a more youthful appearance or can be used as a preventative measure to slow the process of getting wrinkles."
