Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague has shown her natural lips for the first time.

The reality TV star, 21, used to have her lips enhanced with filler in order to plump up her pout but recently decided that she wanted to flaunt a more natural cupid's bow.

And in order to return to her former lip size she had to take a trip to an cosmetic facial surgeon practice to have the filler disolved.

The social media sensation vlogged the experience as she told her fans that she hopes they "can learn from her mistakes."

During the footage, shared to her YouTube channel, Molly-Mae explained that she was paying for filler dissolving procedure.

As she sat on the medical couch ahead of the injections, she said: "I am nervous."

Molly-Mae then filmed her lips close up and told: "These are my lips before, they have lumps in, bumps in, they are uneven.

"I reckon in total I probably have about 5ml of filler in these all together.

"I have not had them done for about a year now, maybe more actually.

"They haven’t been done for a long time but still that filler is rock hard and thriving and needs to be gone."

The clips then showed a doctor injecting dissolving solution into Molly-Mae's lips.

Hours later, Molly-Mae unveiled the results.

She shared: "I am home guys and wow my lips, my lips, my lips, they’re not there anymore they are gone I am going to show you guys now, ready?"

Molly-Mae then exclaimed: "Oh my god it doesn’t even look that different! I was just face timing my sister and we were both crying at how small my lips have gone!

"This is completely and utterly swollen they are going to be way smaller than this tomorrow I can tell. When I got in the car I was traumatised as they were so swollen."

She later added: "I am weirdly happy I feel like I have gone back to 15 year old me."

Earlier this year, the Love Island bombshell insisted she "hates herself" for thinking she needed to in any way alter her appearance to feel more confident.

Molly-Mae explained she had been trying to make her jawline more pronounced but she admitted the fillers left her looking "worse".

The Pretty Little Thing model showed her fans where she had wanted to enhance her face by using her hands.

She said: "In the long run it [fillers] makes you look worse. I was trying to sharpen this area here. What it did was make it look bigger.

"But, my advice to anyone thinking of getting it, is: don't. You don't need to. But everyone needs to make their own decisions, I just wish I'd never got into that whole stupid filler craze."

Molly said she'd come under "intense scrutiny" and she was preparing to embrace a more natural look.
