Bella Thorne may have unintentionally changed the way OnlyFans does business forever due to a stunt she pulled recently. Her ex-boyfriend, Mod Sun, is speaking out about how the situation affected sex workers and how she shouldn’t have made a profile to begin with.
If you aren’t aware of exactly what went down, Bella was the most recent of the celebrity wave to create an OnlyFans. The backlash first started when she charged a $200 fee that is usually for nude photos or videos but announced via social media she would not be sharing any nudes.
This caused many who paid for the premium content to become angry and demand refunds after she made a whopping $2 million in record time.
However, just a day later, OnlyFans rolled out new rules that put a limit on the amount a fan can tip and also changed the payout dates from weekly to monthly.

Mod Sun told TooFab: ‘There’s a lot of people who don’t have a voice that are feeling a certain way about what she did because it’s insulting what she did to sex workers, you know what I’m saying? I really support that lifestyle. I really do. And I think it’s insulting to enter that space and I think that she caused a lot of emotional distress to also people who rely on that money. People get deleted for that, that really really rely on that.’
He went on to say why Thorne was in the wrong for creating one in the first place.
‘Let’s be honest — she don’t need that money. It’s a pandemic. Like let some people that really have lived that life and gone through it.’
