Mo Gilligan is thanking his lucky stars after surviving a terrifying car crash.
The comedian, who is set to replace Ken Jeong on The Masked Singer UK panel, told fans he's lucky to be alive after the collision with a lorry.
The 32-year-old shared a shocking picture that showed how smashed up his car was left by the incident, in which a lorry crashed into his vehicle while he was sitting in the back seat.
A huge dent can be seen in the back of the car, along the bumper and boot door, and the rear windscreen is completely smashed in.
Glass lies all over the inside of the car where the window has been shattered.
Mo told his fans that he might not have survived if he wasn't wearing his seat belt.
He wrote alongside the picture: "Someone really watches over me today Thank God nobody was badly hurt the seat belt really saved my life today pls pls wear your seats belt ppl."
He added: "Seeing a lorry smash into the back of you as you sit in the back seat really isn’t a joke. If I didn’t have my seat belt on my head would have flew into the seat in from of me. Pls wear them seat belts my ppl thank god nobody was badly injured today."
Mo's concerned fans rushed to offer him their condolences and advice.
One posted: "Thank goodness you’re okay! Someone was definitely watching over you yesterday."
"Get checked out for whiplash ASAP. I’ve had neck pain since experiencing similar," another warned him.
A third penned: "Yoooo so glad you’re ok man, that sounds terrifying!"
While another wrote: "Glad you are safe. Vehicles can be repaired lives can’t."
Mo, who recently appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox, is also set to take over hosting duties on The Big Breakfast when it returns to Channel 4.
He will host as part of the broadcaster's "black takeover day", with the format reimagined through an "unashamedly Black British lens".
