Hollywood Life says Miley Cyrus released a new song this week and it looks like she may be taking even more shots at her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, whom the pop star just broke up with last summer.
Cyrus is in the middle of dropping a new project, She is Miley Cyrus, which will mark her seventh record. A lot of things have changed over the last few years, including her separation with Liam as well as the coronavirus pandemic.
A report from The Sun says that the singer-songwriter appears to be talking about “faking” things in the bedroom on the track, “Win Some, Lose Some.” Miley has recorded a few different songs for her new record.
In the lyrics of one of her songs, Miley writes, “last night was the nail in the coffin, Lord knows we were already dead.”

The star refers to it as a decision made out of a desire for a “distraction.” A source who spoke with The Sun says that the songs were recorded for her new record, but it’s not clear if they’ll make it on the final project.
Some fans have been wondering if she’ll have songs about her other romances as well, including with Kaitlynn Carter and Cody Simpson, whom she dated in the aftermath of her split with Liam.
As most know, Liam and Miley first got together in 2009 after they met while filming The Last Song. They dated intermittently for years until December 2018, when they finally got married in a private ceremony.
Fans of Miley and Liam figured they would be in a relationship for a long time, but in August 2019, the former lovers broke up in the midst of a media scandal in which Miley was seen on a boat with Kaitlynn Carter. At the time, it was reported that the divorce was particularly hard on Liam Hemsworth.
Hemsworth has been entirely silent on their split since the news was revealed, but he has been spotted dating new women.
