Michelle Obama Slams Donald Trump In Lengthy Message – Urges Him To ‘Honor The Electoral Process!’

Former First Lady Michelle Obama didn’t hold anything back when she decided to publicly drag Donald Trump for not honoring the electoral process and not conceding his role to Joe Biden. As you know, it’s been nine days since the presidential election’s result was announced, the Democrat being declared victorious.

And yet, it does not seem like Donald Trump is planning on peacefully and honorably leaving the White House.

That being said, Michelle Obama stressed that, when it comes to the transition of power, ‘this is not a game,’ no matter what Trump may think.

It’s been well over a week since Joe Biden became President-Elect but Donald Trump is still tweeting things like ‘I won the election’ and encouraging his supporters to believe all kinds of unwarranted conspiracy theories about supposed election fraud.

Michelle, just like many others, is sick and tired of it so she just had to slam him and those around him for not accepting the results.

She insisted that handing things over to Trump after he spread ‘racist lies’ about Barack, was not easy for her either but she knew it was ‘the right thing to do’ and that Democracy was above her ‘ego’ and ‘anger.’

The former FLOTUS posted a pic of her and her husband walking hand in hand after Trump’s January 2017 inauguration, getting ready fly out of Washington D.C..

In the IG post’s caption, she wrote: ‘This week, I have been reflecting on where I was 4 years ago. Hillary Clinton had been dealt a tough loss by a far closer margin than the one we have seen this year. I was hurt and disappointed — but the votes had been counted and Donald Trump had won. American people had spoken. One of the great responsibilities of the presidency’s to listen when they do.’

‘So my husband and I instructed our staff to do what George and Laura Bush had done for us: to run a respectful, seamless transition of power — one of the hallmarks of our American democracy. We invited the folks from the president elect’s team into our offices and prepared detailed memos for them, offering what we had learned over the past 8 years,’ she went on to detail, in part.

Finally, Michelle concluded that ‘This is not a game. So I want to urge all Americans, especially our nation’s leaders to honor the electoral process just as all sitting presidents have done throughout our history.’
