Reality star Maura Higgins appeared to flout Tier 2 rules when she spent the night at the home of Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury in Manchester.
The Love Island star travelled from her home in Essex to spend time with her friends in Cheshire, Greater Manchester.
Both Manchester and Essex are currently in Tier 2 of UK lockdown restrictions, which bans the mixing of households indoors unless in a support bubble.
If meeting in groups of less than six outdoors then different households must maintain social distancing at all times.
Throughout the weekend, Maura and Molly-Mae documented their time together enjoying meals and drinks and not maintaining social distancing by posing for selfies and looking very cosy together.
The trio headed out for dinner together and also got cosy at home to watch television together.
A person who lives alone can be part of a support bubble with another household, but it is not known if Maura has bubbled up with Molly and Tommy.
In Tier 2 locations, there can be no mixing with other households indoors when outside of your support bubble.
Maura resides in Essex and regularly sees and lives close to other Love Island stars such as Danny Williams, Michael Griffiths, Chris Taylor, and Jordan Hames.
Mirror Online has reached out to representatives of Maura Higgins, Molly-Mae Hague, and Tommy Fury for comment.
Maura rose to fame on Love Island and went on to appear as a contestant on the most recent series of Dancing On Ice.
In addition to her romance with ex-boyfriend Curtis Pritchard, Maura also memorably tried to seduce Tommy despite his being paired up with Molly-Mae.
However, since then, Maura and Molly-Mae have become the best of friends and have regularly spent time together across the UK.
Meanwhile, Greater Manchester is at the centre of controversy over the UK government's desire to place the area into Tier 3 lockdown with severe restrictions.
However, local leaders including mayor Andy Burnham want further financial support for the area if placed in a more restrictive lockdown.
