The video saw a man wearing blackface doing an impression of 18-year-old Harvey beside a woman who was impersonating reality TV star Katie.

Police confirmed that a 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of sending an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message on Thursday morning.

Katie, 42, is currently in the Maldives and spoke to officers by phone earlier today, The Sun reports.

It's said the mum will give a statement to officers when she returns to the UK.

A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "A 52-year-old man from Hastings has been arrested by police investigating an offensive video posted on Twitter.
