Former Love Island babe Laura Anderson has detailed the horrific experience she had after having a boob job aged 18.

The reality star, 31, went behind her parents' backs when she was a teen to go under the knife for a breast enlargement.

The ex-Emirates air hostess took out a loan to pay for her boobs to go from a size 32B to what she thought was a C cup.

But she woke up from the surgery and burst into tears at what she saw, as she went up to cup size DD.

"I regretted it as soon as I came out of surgery," she told The Sun. "When I woke up I just cried!"

She added: "I'd asked the surgeon for the C cup implants but they'd put in the bigger ones and said it'd "save me cash in the long run as they knew I'd want them done again".

"But I hated them as soon as I saw them, they were massive!"

Laura has spoken candidly about the disastrous implants, which she "bitterly regrets" and says she wishes she could stop herself from doing it.

The star continued: "They just looked too big, it was distasteful but, would I have got onto Love Island without having such big boobs? I’m not so sure."

The telly star revealed she took inspiration from glamour model Lucy Pinder at the time, and wanted to look just like her as it was "sexy".

The star went on to bag modelling jobs in lads mags including FHM and Zoo, and appeared in Playboy once.

Laura revealed she received more attention due to her big boobs, admitting the confidence she felt was "superficial".

But it didn't last for long as she went straight back for surgery after her Love Island stint.

"Yes, I'd be happy being naked, I'd be happy in the bedroom but things changed when I came out of Love Island," Laura said.

She said her new surgeon informed her that the bigger implants the former surgeon inserted were too large for her body type and positioned too high.

But Laura still wasn't too pleased with her second surgery.

"When I came around I felt quite disheartened again. They’re still so big and I have these huge red scars which I don’t think will go."

Now she's looking at having them done for a third time, and is urging other women to not go down the same route she did in fear of regret.

"All I want is 18-year-old Laura’s boobs back before surgery, but I know that is impossible," Laura said.

She concluded: "I've lived for over 10 years bitterly regretting it."
