Amy Hart discusses time passing in Love Island villa
Amy Hart has opened up about life in the Love Island villa - in intimate detail.
The 29-year-old went on the show in 2019 and has been answering fans questions on TikTok.
Addressing one fan who wanted to know what happened when girls got their periods in the villa, Amy admitted she was asked the question a lot.
With her hair and makeup on point, the influencer said: "I’ve heard this so many times. I don’t really understand what you think I'm going to say, like we’re segregated in another room, only allowed in black bikinis.
“We just get on with it, like you would do if you’re on holiday.”
Amy then revealed what she did while she was in the villa.
Amy said girls just had to get on with things in the villa
“I personally ran my pill packs together because I didn't want to have a period while I was in there and the doctor was like, ‘Yeah that’s not going to work’ and I was like, ‘It will, it will’. And it did work… until it didn’t.
“But yeah, you just get on with it,” she said nonchalantly.
Amy captioned the video: “I understand everyone is different and they’d make allowances I'm sure, I was just talking about my experience and meant we weren’t banished.”

The star was also quizzed about the show's booze rules
As well as health questions, the former air hostess was quizzed about the show's booze rules.
It's no secret many of the Love Islanders enjoy a tipple under the Spanish sun, but Amy said the alcohol regs needed to be respected otherwise everyone would be in trouble.
She explained: "It's one drink on a normal night and then two drinks if it's a long night.
"A lot of us didn't end up drinking because what's the point in having one glass?
Amy also opened up about the show's booze rules, saying some nights she just wanted to get drunk

"Some nights we were just like 'we want to get drunk' if it's been a stressful day or whatever. But when there's massive rows I always thought 'imagine that with a skinful of alcohol', so I actually didn't mind and, also, no hangovers, which was good."
The star was then asked if the tee-totallers could give their drinks away.
Unfortunately for the booze hounds, Amy confirmed they could not.
She stated: "No, and they tell you on the first day that if you do get caught giving your drink to anyone then everyone gets banned from drinking for five days, so you'll let everyone else down. Don't do it."
Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
