It's been a whole seven months since we've said goodbye to the Winter Series of Love Island this year.

Paige Turley and boyfriend Finley Tapp were crowned as the winners back in February, and it's safe to say that each of the contestants' lives were changed after their stint on the show.

Paige was awarded £50,000 and she chose to split the fund in half when they were crowned the winners of the ITV2 reality show.

Meanwhile other well-known islanders such as Shaughna Phillips and Siannise Fudge may not have taken home the winning title, but have definitely continued to expand their following.

With the global coronavirus pandemic axing this summer's Love Island fix, we take a look at just how much the girls have changed after finding fame seven months ago.

Shaughna Phillips

Shaughna Phillips was arguably the most relatable islander on this year's series.

The brunette beauty was coupled with Callum Jones until his head was turned by Molly Smith, and Shaughna left the villa single.

She's always been open about what work she's had done, admitting that her weight is also something she's struggled with.

Shaughna revealed she's dropped down to a size 10 again after gaining some weight while filming Love Island.

In fact, Shaughna's managed to lose a whopping four stone in recent years.

And she was the subject of some cruel comments on social media during her time in the villa, regarding her weight.

After being diagnosed with lipoedema - a condition that causes an abnormal build-up of fat cells in the legs, thighs and buttocks - Shaughna recently opted to get lipsuction on her legs.

Before her stint on the series, Shaughna admitted to having some work done on her face.

She told Grazia : "I've been having my lips done for a good few years now so it will take more than a few months of lockdown to get those to deflate."

She's also experimented with lip fillers and Botox, admitting that she often heads to Derma Plus Aesthetics for some "tweakments" - something she's been doing since 2016.

Shaughna has been open about her love of surgery, admitting she's also had her boobs uplifted and her laughter lines filled.

"I've been having lips done for a few years now so that wasn’t Love Island orientated," she told.

"I had my boobs uplifted – not implants, but had them shoved up – and that was due to the weight loss. My mum had better boobs than me and she’s had two kids! I had such big boobs before that it was literally like nothing.

"Then I suppose other than that I’ve had a few tweaks. I’ve had my laughter lines filled, but I feel that’s a bit of a compliment because it means you laugh a lot."

Paige Turley

This year's winner Paige Turley certainly looks world away from her 14-year-old self when she first hit our screens on Britain's Got Talent.

But since leaving the villa as a camp, Paige's appearance has not changed as significantly as some other islanders.

Though she's still spotted with a fresh pair of fake eyelashes and some blonde hair extensions, it seems as though Paige is not planning on thinking about plastic surgery anytime soon.

Instead, she's been going from strength to strength with boyfriend Finn Tapp.

The couple's relationship has been moving fast and they have barely left each other's sides since leaving the villa.

Paige revealed Finn has even met her family.

She told Heat mag: "He fit in really well. It was quite cute. We met up with lots of family and then had lazy days on Sunday and Monday before we came back to London."

Siannise Fudge

Siannise Fudge has always denied getting anything done in terms of plastic surgery.

Back in January, she told Glamour : "I want girls to look at me and go, 'I haven't had anything done and she hasn't had anything done' – you don't have to have it done.

"Lip fillers and things like that are very popular now, but I just think I'm happy the way I am. I would like other girls to look at me and think 'she's just like me'."

And despite she missed out on the winning spot on the hit series with boyfriend Luke Trotman, the pair are closer than ever after finally moving in together.

They proved that they're definitely in it for the long run.

The pair have solidified their fan favourite status with regular social media insights and TikTok videos.

What's more, it's been reported that they're actually raking in some serious cash from all their videos on the video-sharing app.

Jess Gale

Jess Gale and her sister Eve turned heads as they were the first twins to enter the villa.

But the pair looked completely different in their teen years - sporting auburn hair and barely-there makeup.

After leaving the villa, the pair still haven't admitted to getting any plastic surgery done, despite mass speculation suggesting otherwise.

Jess is still seen with her long locks and fake eyelashes everywhere, however she did switch up her hair colour to a slightly darker shade.

Demi Jones

Demi has always denied getting anything done to her face, as she believes she's too young to get involved with that just yet.

Since leaving the villa, Demi has been making money moves by partnering up with Project Lip to create her very own line of lip-plumping gloss.

She told Daily Mail: "I've never had filler before in my life, so this is really nice and a confidence-boost.

"I'm only 21 and there's so much pressure to get surgery done, so this is a nice pick-me up.

"I understand why others would want surgery, but it's just not for me. I just like to be myself as much as possible."
