Louise Redknapp unveils chiselled abs as she works up a sweat in morning routine

Louise Redknapp confidently flaunted her chiselled abs as she leapt into her morning workout routine on Wednesday.

The 45-year-old former musician joked that she was working off her G&Ts as she unveiled her toned figure while working up a sweat.

Taking to Instagram, the mum of two shared a speeded up video of her workout routine where she jumped around her home and practiced lots of exercise moves.

The Eternal songstress then picked up a skipping rope and bounced around while her pet dogs peeked in the background.

In the clips, that Louise shared with her 715,000 Instagram followers, the television personality slipped into a tiny crop top and khaki leggings as she practiced her morning routine.

"Skipping into Wednesday," Louise penned in one clip, while Janet Jackson played in the background.

In the second post, she wrote: "Working of Tuesdays G&T [sic]."

Louise's morning workout came shortly after the star revealed that she had been threatened with a ban from her son's football games for shouting from the sidelines.

The musician, who shares two sons with her ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, joked that she's often told off by referees and and has even been threatened with a red card at her son's Chelsea under-12s matches.

Speaking to Telegraph magazine about her shouting, she admitted: "Sometimes I do and get told I won't be allowed to go if I do it again."

Louise, who divorced from Jamie in 2017 after 19 years of marriage, also recently enjoyed a lavish summer holiday with sons Charley and Beau.

It has also recently emerged that her ex husband Jamie has reportedly moved on with Swedish model Frida Andersson-Lourie.

It was reported Louise had been “knocked sideways” after learning her ex had moved on.
