Lizzo has celebrated a successful six months reaping the benefits of a vegan diet by stripping off and dancing around in a revealing thong bodysuit.
The Truth Hurts singer, 32, put on a defiant display in the sheer outfit but admitted she was comfortable with her curves even before the switch-up.
Taking to TikTok, Lizzo charted her journey back to the beginning of lockdown where she shared a video of herself preparing what she described as a 'stale doughnut poundcake milkshake type concoction' to eat.
The next clip showed the songstress as she is now clad in a cosmic crop top and leggings combo blitzing a healthy vegan protein shake.
Lizzo said she was comfortable in her figure 'both ways' but right now it's her vegan lifestyle that is 'bringing her joy.'
"Honestly I am both of these women and I cannot condemn one woman or the other," she admitted in the voiceover.
As she proudly flaunted her 'after' look in a revealing floral bodysuit, the body-confident star assured her fans she was 'still that happy girl'.
"I'm loving myself and loving on my body," she declared as she turned around to show off her rear.
Giving advice to her loyal followers, Lizzo added: "Love yourself at all stages of your life because that's who you are."
It comes just after Lizzo was plucked to star in Rihanna's latest Fenty lingerie show by the hitmaker herself.
She joined the likes of Bella Hadid, Normani and Demi Moore in the star-studded campaign that saw a number of celebs trip to their underwear for the music and modelling extravangza.
Lizzo's eye-popping ensemble for the film consisted of a blue bra and thong set paired with racy fishnet stockings and heels.
"Just when you thought I couldn’t love myself any more. TONIGHT. @savagexfenty." said Lizzo as she teased her part in the campaign on Instagram earlier this month.
The US starlet has long been an advocate for body positivity and said she hoped to share the message with fans through her music.
She told Australia's The Daily Telegraph : "Now, there's a whole new generation of kids listening to music that encourages them to love themselves and accept their bodies.
"And I remember what listening to music did for me, what other artists have done for me growing up, and it's really full circle to see that start to happen with my music.
