Leigh Anne Pinnock celebrated her 29th birthday at the weekend.
And to mark the event the Little Mix star hit Sumosan Twiga in Belgravia, London and enjoyed a meal with her pals on Saturday night.
Leigh Anne and her pals dined on Japanese and Italian cuisine at the upmarket eatery and toasted her special day with champagne.
In videos captured of the evening out, the genetically-blessed beauty appears to be sat at a table with five pals - which is in line with UK law amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The star is seen in the footage standing away from the table and dancing - mask free- at one point
Following claims from The Sun that the singer broke the 'rule of six' by mingling with more than six people at the restaurant, the hitmaker's rep has denied wrongdoing.
Her representative told the outlet: “Leigh sat in a group of 6 people at the restaurant, and they were not in a private room.
"The people you see in the background of this video are not her friends and not part of her group.”
Mirror Online have contacted a rep for Leigh Anne for comment.
At present in the UK it is illegal to gather socially in a group of more than six people.
Pubs and restaurants can have more than six customers in total - people must just be split off into small groups.
Masks should be worn by customers when they get up from their tables.
Leigh Anne oozed confidence and effortless style as she slipped into an off-the-shoulder pink and green patterned mini-dress for her birthday bash.
Ahead of hitting the town she she struck a series of killer poses in front of a swarm of white birthday balloons and shared the snap on Instagram.
She captioned the sultry snap: "Birthday weekend let's go @fizzpopevents."
