Lady Colin Campbell slams ‘creep’ Phillip Schofield as bitter feud escalates

Socialite Lady Colin Campbell has labelled This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield as a 'creep'.

The outspoken writer, 70, previously clashed with the 58-year-old host over the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in an interview on the ITV morning show.

Speaking in an interview with The Express, Lady C said when asked about Phillip: "Who? Is that something to eat, drink or flush?

"If you are referring to his majesty of the closet… I leave it up to Ofcom to deal with the fact that the public complained about his appalling behaviour towards me."

The clash between Phillip and Lady C over her unofficial tell-all book about Meghan Markle and Prince Harrysaw 15 people complain to broadcasting regulator Ofcom.

Lady C continued: "I will leave it up to Ofcom to deal with him.

"I do not wish to give that creep any more attention than he deserves. As far as I'm concerned, he deserves none."

The interview on This Morning saw Phillip refer to Lady C's book on the Sussexes as "gossip" and called her "tawdry and undignified".

She hit back in the chat by calling him "ignorant".

The writer then went on to claim that Phillip had tried to shove her at a showbiz party after the 2016 National Television Awards, which she attended with son Dima Ziadie.

Lady C claimed: "I was in a walkway, and Phillip Schofield bounced into me, shoved me, trying to knock me down, obviously so I would look ridiculous or people would think I was drunk or some such thing.

"I said to him ‘excuse me!’, but I didn’t know who it was until he’d walked past. I realised he’d done it deliberately, and Dima confirmed to he had done it deliberately."

She also accused Phillip of jealousy as she had been open about her "birth defect" and he had been "in the closet" until recently.

Lady Colin Campbell had been raised as a boy due to genital malformation.

This Morning airs on weekday mornings at 10am on ITV.
