The EastEnders star, 32, this month announced she is pregnant for the second time after previously suffering two miscarriages.
She confirmed she's expecting baby number two with husband Matt Kay after it was revealed she's taking a break from the hit soap.
And Lacey took to Instagram to share an adorable picture of herself in a bath with baby Dusty.
She used the hashtag "#happynationaldaughtersday" in the caption as she shared the snap with her 397,000 followers.
Naturally, the snap received some heartwarming messages from fans as they flocked to the comments section to compliment the soap star.
One wrote: "She is your double!!"
Another penned: "Stunning picture," alongside a heart emoji.
A third added: "What a perfect moment!."
While a fourth agreed, writing: "Cuteness!!!"
Lacey shared the exciting news of her pregnancy in an interview with OK! magazine, saying: "We feel so lucky to be expecting our second baby, as it took so long and there was so much heartache getting Dusty here."
Lacey lost two babies at seven weeks before welcoming her daughter in July last year.
Following her miscarriages, Lacey underwent tests to find out if there were any underlying medical issues and then went through a period of six months where she didn't get pregnant.
She then discovered she was expecting for a third time, with Dusty arriving safely in July 2019.
"We didn't know if it was going to take years again so it was an amazing surprise,” said her barber husband Matt, also 32.
"When Lacey told me, I was so happy. Having Dusty was the best thing that ever happened to us, so to have another baby is only going to be amazing," he added.
She is now 17 weeks along with her baby, which is due in February.
Lacey and Matt both agreed they will leave finding out the gender until the birth and aren't bothered whether they have a boy or a girl, but said they'd like to have at least three in children in total.
