Kylie Jenner was the only Kardashian-Jenner not to mention the end of Keeping Up With The Kardashians after the bombshell news last night.
She may have 195million followers on Instagram and made her mark on the makeup world, but initially the reality queen never wanted fame or to have her pictures taken by the paps.
In the latest KUWTK series, the 23-year-old star hit out at her mum Kris Jenner as she begged her: "Let me f**king live."
Cameras were rolling when the cosmetics guru was knocking back shots with Corey Gamble at the family's sprawling Palm Springs home.
Last year, whispers Kylie wanted out of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians show were swirling on the showbiz circuit.
It's believed the makeup guru didn't want to put in the long hours for filming because she was "so busy" with Kylie Cosmetics.
“Kylie thinks KUWTK has run its course,” a source told Radar Online at the time. “She is just so busy with Kylie Cosmetics that she doesn’t have time to deal with the long hours it takes to film.
“She feels like she can buy and sell all of them at this point and she really got what she needed out of it.”
And above all, Kylie admitted she never wanted to be famous but she had no choice because of who her family were.
Behind the scenes, it seemed the lip-kit star was having a crisis of confidence over her image in the limelight.
In a throwback clip from her show Life Of Kylie, the mum-of-one talked about the reality of being famous to her then-BFF Jordyn Woods.
She said: "I just don't know who I'm doing it for. It's like I see Kendall, Bella [Hadid] and Hayley [Bieber] they're just out here like every day, they put their outfits together, they're made for this, which isn't a bad thing.
"They look so good every day. Sometimes I wish I could do what they do but It's like that's not me.
"I don't want my picture taken, I don't want people to see what outfit I'm wearing. Every time there's paparazzi I cover my face. I would rather wear this hoodie and Heelys and sweats every day.
"The only reason why I keep it up a little bit is because of Kylie Cosmetics but it's so much pressure. I want to grow as a person the way I wanna grow on the path I want to take."
Mirror Online has approached Kylie's rep for further comment.
Kylie was silent on the end of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Rob, Kendall, Khloe and Kourtney paid tribute to the show after its 14 years on screen.
Kim broke the news to their fans with a "heavy heart" in a statement on Tuesday night.
She wrote: "To our amazing fans - It is with heavy hearts that we've made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
"After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children.
"We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.
"Thank you to the thousands of individuals and businesses that have been a part of this experience and, most importantly, a very special thank you to Ryan Seacrest for believing in us, E! for being our partner, and our production team at Bunim/Murray, who’ve spent countless hours documenting our lives.
