Kourtney Kardashian has said that she is 'not okay' after her five-year-old son Reign shaved off his long hair.

The 41-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had been receiving months of abuse on social media as she celebrated Reign's flowing locks but it would seem that she thought it was time for a change.

She couldn't have gone to more of an extreme after his shoulder length hair was cut down to his scalp leaving him with a completely shaved head.

The reality star shared a photo of her son showing off his new look on Instagram and admitted in the caption: "I am not ok."

Reign was keeping it on brand in the pic as he wore a shirt from his dad Scott Disick's Talentless clothing as well as a a pair of black Balenciaga joggers.

Kourtney had previously been a vocal defendant of her son's hair and had called out trolls who took aim at her for letting the hair grow so long.

At Easter she hit back at comments criticising Reign's hair, with one commenting on a photo of him at a family celebration with: "Bruh cut your son hair…smh."

The Poosh lifestyle founder hit back saying that Reign possessed the "most gorgeous hair on Earth.”

Kourtney then added: “Anyone who says otherwise ABCDEFG."

The latter being a reference to her now iconic 'catchphrase' from KUWTK.

In another incident of trolling, Kourt hit back at a commenter who suggested that she "really need to cut his hair."

She replied: “She really need to not worry about kids that aren’t her own. He is a happy boy."

Kourtney has let all three of her children grow their hair before having a first cut with daughter Penelope being nearly seven before she had her first trim.

The KUWTK star has said that she is looking to take time away from the reality show as she wanted to spend more time focusing on her children.

She told Vogue Arabia that she wants to be "present" for her kids and will be dedicating her time to them.

Kourtney said: "I always try my absolute best when I'm with my kids not to be on my phone, to be present in what we're doing, and have those moments where you're looking in each other's eyes and connecting."
