Kourtney Kardashian is letting us all in on a closely guarded family secret - how to get the 'perfect' bum.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians sisters are famous for their pert bottoms, and now eldest sibling Kourtney has spilled on how we can join the gang.
As the coronavirus lockdown continues, Kourtney, 41, has shared some workout tips to "tighten your booty" on her wellness website Poosh.
Kourtney has shared five workouts that people can do at home (space permitting) to whip themselves into shape.
Some of the exercises require equipment, but they all come with a video to follow along with.
The first workout recommended by the stunning mum-of-three, consists of band-resisted squat walks, moonwalk staggered Romanian deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats with a pulse.
Dumbbell hip thrusts and band-resisted fire hydrants with extensions complete the workout.
Each of the exercises should be carried out for one minute and the whole thing should be done three times.
With single-leg movements, people should complete the exercise for one minute on each leg.
The second workout is made up of 20 reps of grasshopper lifts, which consists of lying on your tummy elevated from the ground on an exercise ball and thrusting at the hips to lift both of your legs up in the air while they're bent at a 90-degree angle.
Anyone doing this move should place their hands on the floor in front of them to maintain their balance and can add resistance by putting a band around their legs, just above the knee.
Another workout consists of stability ball hamstring curls, banded bridge with abduction moves, grasshoppers and banded donkey kicks.
The fourth recommended workout is made up up gliding side lunges, gliding reverse double lunges, gliding curtsy lunges and gliding reverse + curtsy lunge combos.
Kourtney also stars in a five-minute workout video with personal trainer Coach Don, meaning you can follow along with the star.
