Kim Kardashian has been photographed filming reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians amid Kanye West's worrying outbursts.

The 39-year-old siren was captured laughing and smiling alongside her sister Khloe, 35, in Malibu as they followed by the Keeping Up With The Kardashians crew.

The smiling sisters were also joined by Khloe's ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.

Kim's appearance came on the same day that she publicly addressed her husband's bipolar battle in an emotional Instagram statement.

After she faced criticism for not doing more to her husband during his bipolar episode, Kim released a lengthy message asking fans to have compassion.

The devastated star also insisted that her entire family feel powerless when it comes to helping Kanye.

It comes as Kim has banned her reality TV series from documenting any footage from Kanye's bipolar episode.

According to TMZ, the reality TV queen has also placed a ban on the show from profiling her children during this time in case they watch it later.

The mother-of-four was believed to have been heartbroken after Kanye appeared to end his marriage to the reality queen in a bizarre rant on Twitter which has since been deleted on Monday.

In his extraordinary Twitter firestorm, the rapper said his wife was "out of line" when she met with Meek Mill at the Waldolf hotel.

He suggested that he believed the pair met up at the lavish establishment for pleasure rather than business.

During a rant on Twitter, which has since been deleted, the 43-year-old claimed his wife of six years was "out of line" for meeting with the rival rapper at the Waldolf hotel.

Concerns for Kanye have been growing after he sensationally claimed Kim called the doctors to lock him up and compared his life to horror movie Get Out in a Twitter firestorm.

The Kardashian clan were said to be incredibly worried about the rapper amid claims he's in the middle of a serious bipolar episode.

It comes after the rapper caused an uproar with the in-laws when he dropped the bombshell that his wife wanted to abort North during his presidential rally over the weekend.

During the rally, Kanye tearfully admitted "I almost killed my daughter" as he revealed the heartbreaking discussion he had about abortion with Kim.

He recalled: "She was crying and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand."

Kanye was previously hospitalised for a "psychiatric emergency" in November 2016.

Mirror Online have contacted Kim Kardashian's representatives for further comment.
