Kim Kardashian and Kanye ‘planning make-or-break holiday to save marriage’

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are determined to do whatever it takes to make their marriage work.

The KUWTK star, 39, and her rapper hubby, 43, are reportedly planning to jet off on a make-or-break holiday in a desperate bid to save their marriage.

The mother-of-four suffered public humiliation after Kanye announced on Twitter that he wanted to divorce her.

Things got so bad that Kim was left with no choice but to hop on a plane and jet to the ranch in Wyoming where he's been hiding out to try and sort out their problems.

It's been a tough road to understanding for Kim, but it seems as though the couple is now looking ahead to getting their romance back on track.

The couple - who share kids North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and one-year-old Psalm - are now planning a family getaway to patch things up, TMZ reports.

Kim and Kanye - who lives with bipolar disorder - reportedly discussed the prospect of a family trip during their emotional chat in Wyoming.

It's unclear when the trip will take place or where the famous family will be jetting off to, however Kim and Kanye have not been spending too much time together as of recent so it will be a chance for them to talk things out.

Mirror Online has contacted Kim and Kanye's reps for comment.

Kim was left to pick up the pieces after Kanye continued to tweet some cutting remarks about her family - from branding mum Kris Jenner a "white supremacist" to publicly going against Kim.

During her crisis talks with Kanye, Kim was pictured crying as they sat in a car to discuss what was going on between them.

Prior to their heart-to-heart chat, Kanye launched into several rants about Kim and her family on social media.

He claimed he and Kim had considered aborting their daughter North, and accused his wife and her mum Kris Jenner of trying to get him locked up.

Kanye has since publicly apologised to Kim on Twitter, writing: "I would like to apologise to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.

"I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me."
