Kerry Katona often shares confident snaps on social media.
But the former pop star, 40, has candidly shared that not everything is as it seems in her Instagram posts as she revealed that one of her recent snaps - that showed her flaunting rock-hard abs as she posed in a crop top - was down to "a very good" camera angle.
The personality - who is engaged to personal trainer Ryan Mahoney - came clean in her column for New! magazine and admitted that she is struggling to get into shape despite Ryan putting her through her paces in their home gym.
She penned: "I showed off a pic of my abs last week, but don’t be fooled- it was a very good angle! I’m finding it so difficult to get back into shape. I really struggled to get my size 10 joggers over my bum the other day, but I am trying.
"Ryan’s training me really hard as part of his business, M-Fit, and I’ve been watching my diet too. One thing I have noticed is my mental health is better as a result, so that’s something, Now I just have to get my body back on form!"
In May, Kerry shared a snap showcasing her trim frame and credited her weight loss to controversial Skinny Jabs, injections which claim to cause users to shed the pounds in less than two weeks.
She looked toned, tanned and happy in the snap as she modelled a silver bikini.
She captioned the snap: "Not gonna lie my confidence has gone through the roof @skinnyjab ".
Previously, Kerry has documented her fitness journey after she begun taking the weight loss jabs.
She wrote on Instagram: "Soooooo I would like to reveal my amazing secret with you all, I have been doing SkinnyJab for 4 weeks now & I have lost over a stone doing the weekly programme! I feel amazing, fit & healthy.
"The dietary programme & aftercare is fantastic and super easy, I’m truly thrilled with Caroline & her amazing team." (sic)
The cost of SkinnyJab begins with an initial three-week plan costing £250 and top-up treatments are priced at £135 each.
According to the SkinnyJab website, the injection works by "removing hunger from the equation" while regulating blood sugar levels and helping the body to turn fat into energy.
