Fiancés Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are shacking up in Montecito, California, after welcoming their first child together, reports say.
The couple welcomed daughter Daisy Dove in August, Katy's first child, while Orlando shares nine-year-old son Flynn with ex Miranda Kerr.
And the area they're said to have bought in, the ultra-exclusive, celeb-heavy Montecito, is also home to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Harry and Meghan upped sticks to California after stepping back as senior royals earlier this year.
Variety reports that records show Katy and Orlando spent a staggering $14.2 million (£10,873,000) on their new home.
The publication adds that the showbiz super-couple purchased the property from the former CEO of Duracell and Chrysler, and boasts nearly nine acres of "manicured grounds."
As well as Meghan and Harry, the neighbourhood is thought to boast Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres and Ariana Grande among its residents.
Perhaps most impressively, the home, nestled in the Santa Ynez hills, boasts a panoramic view of the Pacific, sets of double doors opening out onto a sun-drenched veranda.
The interior parades a sense of classic Californian style, blended with modern twists to bring the home up-to-date.
Outside, the grounds are well shaded beneath huge oak trees and dotted with immaculately kept hedges.
A double-set of steps leads down to a sprawling pool, while the property's very own fountain lends an aura of calm.
Meanwhile, Katy's flogging her $8 million (£6 million) Beverley Hills mansion.
Katy sent fans into a spin back in March when she announced her pregnancy in the music video for Never Worn White, debuting her baby bump.
Announcing Daisy Dove's birth two months back, the couple shared a joint statement which read: "We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.
"In celebration of the heart we know our daughter already has, we have set up a [UNICEF] donation page to celebrate DDB's arrival.
"By supporting them, you are supporting a safe start to life and re-imagining a healthier world for every child. We hope your heart can bloom with generosity."
The accompanied the announcement with a black and white photo of them holding their baby daughter's hand.
