Katie Price's son Junior Andre is over the moon to have landed his first movie role as he attempts to make his name as an actor.

The 15-year-old son of the former glamour model and her ex husband, Peter Andre, announced on social media that he had landed a role in the comedy On The Other Foot.

Sharing the news with his 325,000 Instagram followers, Junior spoke of his joy of joining the cast while also setting his sights on more movies in the future.

The youngster also added an official promo image of himself that is being used for the movie.

"I am proud to announce I have joined the cast of @ontheotherfootmovie. Written and produced by @therealfredinwaka," Junior wrote in the caption.

He added: "I’m so happy to be in my first ever film and hope it’s the start of many. #ontheotherfootmovie#endracism#independentfilms#britishfilm."

The film, written and produced by Fredi Nwaka, is described as a comedy that focuses on the topic of racism.

The description of the movie reads: "A Racist finds himself in a black body. He’s about to learn what its like to be black!"

Fredi also shared a gushing post on his profile as he welcomed both Junior and his dad Peter Andre on set.

Nwaka wrote: " @peterandre you are one of the most humble down to earth guys I've worked with and its echoed by your son @officialjunior_andre energy and spirit.

"Such a talented and inspiring young prince. I am humbled and I thank you both for gracing my new film and helping shed more light on racism but even more so for the time you have taken out to spend time with my family. I am truly grateful... thank you."

While this is Junior's first movie role, his mum Katie seemed certain that her son was destined for the silver screen.

"Junior's doing a film this Sunday, he's got a part, I think Pete and Em [his wife Emily] will probably do the reports on that," she said during a recent exclusive interview with the MirrorOnline.

Katie added: "I’m really proud of him, he'll definitely do an album, he's a brilliant singer and rapper."

As for Junior's sister, Katie is also certain that she will be in the public eye when she is older.

"Princess loves her YouTube, her subscribers are going up, they won't have normal jobs, they're little stars themselves.
