Katie Price has opted to sell her ill-fated pink Range Rover for charity after her ex-fiancé Kris Boyson 's dad returned the Barbie car a whole year after she 'dumped' it on his driveway.

Kris - who dated the former glamour model, 42, until calling it quits earlier this year - reportedly asked his dad to return the ancient vehicle to the mum-of-five.

Katie is now looking to sell the car in hopes of getting some cash which she is planning on donating to charity, reports The Sun.

Katie's rep told the publication that she's shifting her focus onto selling the vehicle to raise money for the NHS and a charity called Supporting Autism.

It's fair to say that the pink Suzuki Vitara - with has an eye-popping sign of "Barbie" written down the side - does need some major TLC.

The vehicle has a collapsed roof and needs new wheel arches, tyres and complete interior restoration - making it all the more difficult to sell it.

Her rep said she would be "giving part as a donation to charities" if she manages to find a new owner for the ride.

The rep said: "Katie will also buy Harvey a new log cabin for her garden.

"After both Harvey and Katie have being looked after by the amazing surgeons, doctors and NHS nursing teams Katie wants to do even more to give back to those who care for others unconditionally putting their lives and valuable time in front of their own to care for others."

Speaking to the publication, Katie herself said: "My loved ones are here today thanks to the amazing NHS medical staff that have looked after my mum, Harvey and me."

She added: "I’m not exactly going to be driving my Barbie car anytime soon. It's going for a far higher, better purpose that can be shared and for Harvey his own space."

Katie's reason for choosing Supporting Autism is because her eldest child Harvey, 18, suffers from autism and Prader-Willi syndrome.

She hopes this charitable gesture will make a difference.

Meanwhile Katie is facing hardships herself, after breaking both feet during a holiday in Turkey with her kids Junior and Princess, as well as her new man Carl Woods.

She solely relies on being pushed in the wheelchair at the moment, which also contributed to her decision to sell the vehicle as she won't be driving it anytime soon.
