The pair began dating earlier this year and Carl has supported Katie through her injuries with her broken feet and subsequent medical treatment.
Katie revealed to The Sun: "We know we are going to get married and have kids.

"I am so excited. It is so nice to be with a man that doesn't want to be famous.
"There are lots of Mr Prices out there, but there are no Mr Woods."
The former glamour model also revealed that she was planning on changing her name to Katie Woods when she marries the former Love Island star.

Mirror Online has reached out to a representative of Katie Price and Carl Woods for comment.
The paper also showed Katie out for a walk with four of her five children: Harvey Price, Princess Andre, and Jett and Bunny Hayler.
Harvey is Katie's son from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, while Princess is her second child with first husband and pop star Peter Andre, whom she began a romance with on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004.
She is also shares fifteen-year-old son Junior Andre with Peter, who she was married to from 2005 to 2009.
Katie shares Jett and Bunny with her third husband Kieran Hayler, who she married in 2013 and divorced earlier this year.
Prior to her marriage to Kieran, Katie was married to cage fighter and actor Alex Reid from 2010 to 2011.
Katie's announcement of baby and marriage plans come amid reports that Peter Andre was infuriated by Katie giving their daughter Princess a makeover.
However, Katie's representative insisted to The Mirror: "Both are focused on being good parents and are devoted to their children."
