Kate Garraway looked consumed with her thoughts as she entered the Smooth Radio headquarters on Tuesday.
The Good Morning Britain host, 53, is going through a tough time as her beloved husband Derek Draper continues to recover from Covid-19 and remains in hospital.
Talent journalist Kate cast her eyes to the floor as she was snapped walking though Leicester Square whilst carrying a large beige bag over her shoulder, alongside two bags for life - that were filled to the brim.
ITV favourite Kate, who is dealing with a lot of stress due to Derek's ill-health, appeared to have a sombre expression on her face.
The natural beauty went make-up free behind her glasses and cut a stylish figure in a pink floral blouse, underneath a white blazer, paired with flared jeans.
Derek - who Kate shares children Billy and Darcey with - was hospitalised in March after contracting coronavirus.
He was later put into an induced coma which lasted 13 weeks - which he woke up from in July but he is still on a long road to recovery and remains in hospital.
Derek's recovery will be a slow process as the virus has "attacked everything", leaving him with clots in his lungs, holes in his heart and made him diabetic, and doctors have warned Kate that Derek might never recover from the damage done to his body.
Devastating news of Derek's condition saw Kate take an extended leave from GMB to be with her family, before defiantly returning to the show in July with her head held high.
Last week also saw Kate return to her show on Smooth Radio for the first time since Derek was diagnosed.
