Kate Ferdinand has packed her hospital bag as she prepares to welcome her first child.

And alongside the adorable babygros and tiny nappies, the mum-to-be has filled her holdall with snacks for both her and ex-footballer husband Rio Ferdinand.

Sharing a picture of the heaving bags to Instagram, Kate joked: "The snacks are the most important thing for the hospital bag, right?"

The Only Way Is Essex alumni then explained she'd been up all night sorting her kit.

"Had one of those nights where I am up doing random stuff all night. Staring at baby clothes and packing snacks."

Along with his and her bags bulging with crisps - carefully labelled - Kate also filled a third snack bag with biscuits and sweets.

She also showed off a fluffy fake fur babygro with bunny ears, personalised with the name 'Baby Ferdy'.

"We better decide on a name soon as everything says Baby Ferdy!' she wrote.

Kate has been open about her pregnancy journey with her 1.3million followers on Instagram.

Recently, the blonde beauty voiced her concerns about introducing her baby into a busy household.

The 29-year-old is step-mum to Rio's children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12 and Tia, nine. She met Rio in January 2017 at a friends BBQ in Dubai, two years after his wife Rebecca died from breast cancer.

Kate told OK magazine she was naturally a "worrier".

She said: "It's quite a busy household as it is - we've got a lot going on. There's a lot of horse riding, football, everything.
