The Kardashians have been snubbed from Forbes' World's Most Powerful Women list.

While fellow celebs such as Rihanna, Beyonce and Taylor Swift have all made the annual Forbes list, not one of the vast reality star clan made the cut.

This is despite Kim Kardashian's vast public profile, and growing beauty, fragrance and shapewear empire.

Not to mention little sister Kylie Jenner's hugely successful makeup business - she sold 51per cent of Kylie Cosmetics to beauty giant Coty in a pre-coronavirus deal valued at $1.2billion in January.

The highest ranking entertainment figure on Forbes' list is Oprah Winfrey, coming in 20th position, while Rihanna was number 69, Beyonce 73rd place and director Ava DuVernay 79.

Following her was Taylor Swift in the 82nd spot, with Reese Witherspoon coming in 92nd position.

Overall the list was dominated by politicians, businesswomen and industry execs, and for the tenth year in a row was topped by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Making her first entry was US Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, coming in third place below European Central Bank chief Christine Lagarde.
