Kanye West's desire to leave Calabasas in California has already pushed his wife Kim Kardashian to "breaking point."
The 43-year-old rapper hit out at the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star on Twitter during a rant on Monday, saying that his family should be with him at his ranch in Cody, Wyoming.
He also lashed out at E! and NBC for 'controlling' the family with the filming demands for the reality series that put the Kardashians into the public eye and made them one of the most instantly recognisable families in the world.
It is not the first time that Kanye has shared a desire to relocate from Los Angeles, with him previously announcing to an enthusiastic crowd that he would be bringing the family to his hometown of Chicago in 2018.
Kim and Kanye were at loggerheads back then and the fall out from his desires were played out in KUWTK with Kim claiming it had pushed her to "breaking point."
In the reality show, Kanye admits that a return to Chicago would see him welcomed like a hero and that he would like the opportunity to be revered in that way.
He complains that he is met with a more blase response when he is seen in Calabasas and at that time in his life, he enjoyed his ego being massaged by the worship of fans.
Kim bemoans her husband's announcement, saying: “I know Kanye really loved being in Chicago, but I had no idea he wants to move there, until I hear about it on social media."
Kanye insisted that he had laid out these plans before but Kim claimed that she didn't think he was being serious.
The rapper responded by informing Kim: "Any conversation I have is serious.”
Kim conceded at the time that any move would be "part-time" and the couple will spend more time there, but don't expect them to leave Calabasas permanently any time soon.
It is fair to presume that her stance hasn't softened since despite Kanye now pushing for a permanent move to the ranch.
