Concerns for Kanye West have grown after he went on an hour-long Twitter rant claiming his wife Kim Kardashian had called a doctor to "lock me up".
The 43-year-old rapper has had a tumultuous 24 hours after he broke down in tears at his first presidential campaign rally in South Carolina.
Seemingly tweeting form his ranch in Wyoming, Kanye has now alleged that Kim was looking to "bring a doctor" so that they can "lock me up."
Kanye also took aim at Kim for her appearance in Playboy magazine as well as calling out to Kris Jenner to get in touch.
Fans of the rapper are worried after Kanye taunted his family before suggesting that they were about to perform an intervention.
He began his rant by directing a tweet at Keeping Up With The Kardashians momager Kris, writing: "Kriss don’t play with me you and that calmye are not allowed around my children Ya’ll tried to lock me up."
He then tweeted "Kriss and Kim call me now," before sharing a screenshot of an unread message he sent Kris, which he captioned: "Still avoiding my calls."
Kanye then turned his attention to Kim, taking aim at her glamour modelling past and saying that no West children would appear in Playboy.
He added on Twitter: "Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday."
Kanye had caused controversy at his campaign rally by claiming that he and Kim considered aborting her first pregnancy until he had an intervention from God which gave him the clearance to go through with the birth of their daughter North in 2013.
Kanye added in one of his latest tweets: "If I get locked up like Mandela Ya’ll will know why."
A source has told PEOPLE that Kim was "shocked" by the abortion revelation, saying: "Kim is shocked that Kanye spoke about North at the rally.
"She is furious that he shared something so private."
The source has claimed that she is worried how her husband's actions and revelations will affect their children - North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two and Psalm, 14 months.
Kanye told the crowd in South Carolina: "In the Bible, it says, 'Thou shall not kill'. I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying, and I was just thinking, because at that time I was a rapper I was out there, [had] different girlfriends and everything ... and she said, 'I'm pregnant.' And I said, 'Yes!' And then I said, ‘Uh oh.' "
"She was crying … and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand."
It has been reported that Kanye's marriage to Kim is in some difficulties and he added at the campaign rally: "Even if my wife wants to divorce me after this speech, she brought North into the world even when I didn’t want to. She stood up and she protected that child."
