Amber Heard claims Johnny Depp said he'd 'f***k her corpse' as she feared she'd die in 3 day ordeal
Amber Heard detailed an alleged three-day attack in Australia in 2015 in which Johnny Depp subjected her to 'extreme acts of psychological, physical, emotional and other forms of violence'
Amber Heard has claimed she feared Johnny Depp would kill her before threatening to "f**k her corpse" in court today.
The actress, 34, is giving her testimony on the first day of week three of Depp's libel trial against NGN over a 2018 article in The Sun in which he was called a "wife beater".
Depp has denied being abusive to Heard during their marriage.
In her witness statement Heard described an alleged attack in Australia in 2015, which she called a "three day hostage situation" when she was stuck in their house with no way to leave.
Heard said: "Over the course of those three days, there were extreme acts of psychological, physical, emotional and other forms of violence.
"It is the worst thing I have ever been through. I was left with an injured lip and nose and cuts on my arms."
Heard claimed he shoved her against the fridge, threatening to "crush her neck", before choking and spitting at her.
She alleges that when she tried to escape he grabbed her by the hair before throwing her on a ping pong table and then grabbing her by the neck.
Heard claims he told her: "You f**king do this to me every time; you f**king did this; you f**king make me do this."
Then she says he was pressing so hard on her neck that she struggled to breathe.
Heard said: "I remember thinking he was going to kill me in that moment.
"He was screaming at me, over and over again, 'You ruined my life, I hate you, I'm going to f**king kill you and I'll f**k your corpse.'"
Heard also claimed he urinated outside the front door, telling security: "I need to take a f**king piss, it's my house.'"
Texts read out in court on July 8 show Depp made the same claims about "f**king Amber's corpse" in texts to Paul Bettany.
He wrote: "Let's drown her before burning her. I will f**k her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead.''
Depp responded, telling the court: "I worked with Paul Bettany. He was a very close friend and he knew details about our relationship.
"He knew that when cocaine and alcohol came into the picture she didn’t like him and she didn’t like it."
Depp added that Bettany and Heard "had their differences and did not like each other very much".
