Joe Swash joked that he might get a nipple-piercing to help partner Stacey Solomon keep the house tidy.

Loose Women panellist Stacey is renowned as a domestic advice guru, often sdoling out tips and tricks to make things that bit easier about the house.

But Joe couldn't help but take a joking jab by suggesting something that had her in stitches.

Stacey shared a screenshot of their text conversation, during which Joe had sent her a meme of a man with his nipple pierced, a plant hanging from the piercing.

"When you run out of space for your plants, but that won't stop you from buying more," the text read.

"Joe just text me this from upstairs," Stacey wrote, "and I'm actually crying."

Stacey added three cry laughing emojis.

Joe had added underneath the meme: "When people ask me where I see myself in ten years time..."

Greenery features heavily in backgrounds of the social media posts of both.

She's even shown fans how to transform plastic brown plant pots into a fun household addition by painting them with cute smiley and animal faces.

Earlier this week, Stacey even dropped a genius hack to help us keep our water cool and beat the heatwave.

She explained that by putting a half-filled water bottle in the freezer sideways, you can fill it up with fresh water and it will always give you a cool hit.

And she's even compiling all her wisdom into a new book, so fans have a go-to resource for nifty ideas to make domestic life that bit smoother.

Meanwhile, the star's also weighed in on Finding Freedom, Carolyn Durrand and Omid Scobie's new book about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to have been uninvolved in the work.

Stacey didn't hold back her opinion, telling the rest of the Loose Women panel: "Unless they come out and say 'we absolutely stand by this book. This is word for word how we feel' to me it's just another fantasy novel about the royal family.

"And I think there's been so many of them written and sometimes I just feel like I would rather not read it and not know.

"I think what they want us to know they will tell us. What they contest is obviously things that they feel are not true.
