Jesy Nelson broke down in tears during a live radio performance, leaving fans worried about her.

Little Mix were performing their newest single Holiday on Radio One's Live Lounge on Tuesday when she became emotional.

Fans were left fearing that Jesy, 29, had suffered a panic attack, which she has openly admitted to suffering before.

She was seen holding her hands to her bandmates up to show how much she was shaking, with Leigh-Anne Pinnock trying to calm her down.

Jade Thirlwall then rushed over to comfort her by holding her arms and attempting to reassure her, though it's not clear what she said.

The cameras filming their performance live on the radio show were then suddenly turned off.

Jesy later bravely returned to finish off the rest of the set.

Little Mix fans rushed to Twitter to question what had happened to the singer.

One tweeted: "If a panic attack was what Jesy had and I think that she had, to be able to still carry on after that is so admirable panic attacks are just awful, something unexplainable to anyone who hasn't experienced one!

"Hope Jesy knows we love her and that we got her back!"

"Jesy having a panic attack at Live Lounge :( hope she’s alright," another posted.

A third said: "Jesy, I don't know what happened, I'm worried, but I hope you’re okay, you're calmer.

"Things are difficult but everything will get better, you are amazing and never forget that. See where you are and everything you've accomplished. The world is yours!"

"What happened with jesy? Pls I'm worried," another said.
