Former Human Ken Doll Jessica Alves looked loved up as she strolled through the streets of Milan hand-in-hand with her hunky boyfriend, Giacomo Urtis.
Jessica - formerly Rodrigo - left little to the imagination in a figure-hugging full-body white number, while boasting a plunging neckline.
The outfit, which Jessica completed with a lightweight pink cardigan and fluffy heels, allowed the star to show off her iconic curves.
Giacomo, meanwhile, paired trainers and jeans with a black leather jacket, specs on his eyes, beard trimmed and thick locks pushed back off his face.
The couple walked holding hands, and stopped for a kiss in the street.
Last week Jessica was seen hitting up a posh London spot as she radiated glamour on a night out with pals.
Wearing her new hair extensions loose and letting them billow in the breeze, Jessica rocked a pair of thigh-high boots, with a simple white top cinched at the waist with a mini-corset.
She recently debuted her new extensions, proudly flicking them for the cameras.
"To me the long hair is the ultimate symbol of femininity," the Brazilian native told MailOnline.
"Day by day I see changes on my body and skin became more and more feminine my body now matches my soul and my mind."
Jessica came out as transgender last year, and had her Adam's Apple and six-pack removed as well as receiving facial feminisation surgery and taking female hormones.
And since, she estimates she's splashed a a huge £900,000 to achieve her look.
Jessica spent £30,000 on filler injections for her breasts and bum, £25,000 on breast enlargement surgery, as well as £35,000 on injections for her hips, knees and feet.
And her career has gone from strength to strength, landing her own dating show, Love Me Gender: Everyone Deserves A Bit Of Love In Life.
The show's even forced her to have a different perspective on love and dating, dishing: "Everyone deserves to have love in their life and I need a little help in that department.
"It feels different dating as a woman."
And she even told of her hopes of meeting her dream man.
"I won't rule out getting married on the show if I meet the man of my dreams," Jessica told, "and I hope he has the same dreams of starting a family.
"I want to show the world that a trans woman like me is able to go on dates with straight men who don't mind which gender I was born."
