Jess Wright is reportedly on a mission to revive her pop career after her songs flopped in 2013.

The former TOWIE star - sister of Mark Wright - is said to have signed up for new ITV2 show Celebrity Karaoke Club in a bid to get noticed by music label bosses.

The 34-year-old has released a few singles so far, but sadly none of them have done very well.

Jess signed a three-single deal back in 2012 and jetted off to Marbella to film a music video for her single Dance All Night, but it only made it to 36 in the UK Singles Chart.

Her second single Dominoes, released in early 2013, reached the same position.

She released one more single, Come With Me, that year, but after that her pop career fizzled out.

Now, she's hoping her luck could turn around on the ITV show.

An insider told The Sun : "Jess is a really talented singer but her music career has taken a back seat in recent years.

"She took up the offer of joining this new singing show as it’s a great opportunity to show off her vocal range.

"People often forget Jess is a singer and she thinks this could be the perfect change to get known again for her voice."

Jess has tried a number of times to launch a singing career.

As well as auditioning for the X Factor twice, she also tried out for a spot in girl group The Saturdays.

Unfortunately her audition for the band went wrong when she forgot the words to the song she was performing.

Scarlett Moffatt is also reportedly signing up to take part in the show, although she recently said on her Instagram story that she can't sing.

Michelle recently left her sister-in-law Michelle Keegan stunned when she asked her to be one of her bridesmaids when she ties the knot with fiancé William Lee-Kemp next year.

Jess surprised Michelle by turning up on her doorstep and dropping off some flowers and balloons.

Stepping back to a safe social distance, she stood to watch Michelle open the card and read the sweet message inside.

In an Instagram clip, Michelle was seen coming to the door in her dressing gown and looking delighted to be asked to be one of Jess' 15 bridesmaids.

"I'm actually shaking," Michelle said.

She added: "Aww Jess, I want to hug you!"

Of course, she said yes.
