Little Mix singer Jade Thirlwall has been feeling nostalgic as the band's new film is released in cinemas.

LM5 The Tour Film is now out in open cinemas to see and this has led to Jade, 27, getting rather reflective.

Taking to Instragram, Jade shared a number of images and videos form the tour and had an emotional message in the caption.

Sharing the snaps and footage from the concerts, Jade wrote: "Feeling all kindsa nostalgic because LM5 THE TOUR FILM IS IN CINEMAS [crying emoji, popcorn emoji, black heart emoji] Who’s been to see it? And who’s going?"

Despite the message asking, many fans had to respond negatively as due to restrictions with Covid-19 they are currently facing issues attending cinema screenings.

One person penned in the comments section: "cinemas are closed near me, raging :(".

A different follower wrote: "i can’t go *cries in teir 3* [crying emoji]".

Meanwhile, one fan had managed to see the film, penning: "Saw it already and it was the best thing in my life".

Elsewhere, one Jade fan noted: "I wish I could go but the cinemas are closed".

Finally, a different Instagram user commented: "girly corona’s the only one who’s able to go see it".

The film's release comes amid a period of change for Little Mix as band member Jesy Nelson has taken a period of leave for health reasons.

A spokesperson for the group confirmed her temporary departure in a statement.

They shared: "Jesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons.

"We will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time."

With Jesy's depature, the remaining members of the girl group - Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade - have still been making public appearances.

They recently appeared as a trio for the grand final of their pop group talent show Little Mix: The Search on BBC One.

We wish Jesy all the best and to be back with the rest of the girls soon!
