Jacqueline Jossa has proved once again how down to earth she is by showing off her real body in a tiny crop top.

The former EastEnders star and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! winner posed in her sunny back garden in a bright orange plunging sports bra and purple patterned skintight leggings for her Instagram followers.

Jac, 27, was followed around the garden by her preschooler daughter Mia, who called for "Mummy!" as the actress spoke directly to her fans in a video message.

"Guys this is the second little one I chose to show you," she said of her Fabletics outfit, which she gushed was "really really comfortable".

The star then stood with her pet pooch for a picture, showing off her tight abs and taut tummy after going on a health kick when lockdown lifted earlier this summer.

In July Jacqueline said she needed to "move more" to improve her mental wellbeing, after unveiling her first swimwear collection with In The Style.

After going from a size 8 to a size 12, Jac vowed not to exercise for the sake of losing weight and said she was content being a little bigger.

"I'm a working mum and a size 12 and I can't walk around looking perfect all the time and I've accepted that's completely fine," she said at the time.

But she promised to up her exercise levels as it's "so good for the brain", adding that if she lost a bit of weight along the way "she wouldn't mind it".

"I'm having those thoughts of I need to start doing a bit for me and I'm going to try and go for walks and maybe do some exercise," she told fans.

"And no, before everyone pipes up it's not to necessarily lose weight, I wouldn't mind it but it is more just to know that you're doing something.

"Because work-wise I'm feeling really good, I'm busy I'm on the ball and I just want to maintain that and I feel like getting on the ball with it now, it's got to be done."

The mum of two went on: "Gotta start doing some fitness stuff, purely for the mind, not to get skinnaaaay!!

"Just need to make sure I keep active and for so good for the brain.
